Hinduism has been now seen as the biggest Bad word in India. Bashing Hindutva seems to be the order of the day to get to power in this country. In the name of secularism, we find the massacre of hinduism as a religion and way of living. Secularism is no faith, it just represents a way of living in harmony with other religions in addition to practising one's own religion and faith. But this has now turned into pure minority appeasement. In the name of upholding secularism, we found 'tall' leaders of a prominent political party boycotting the centenary celebrationg of 'Vande Mataram', the anthem of indian freedom struggle. All this just to appease and obtain the votes of minorities. Is this what the religious minorities of this country need?? Is this their worth?? Question yourself.... The politicking in this country has for long rated our citizens too low and viewed them as just vote banks. Its time that the minority religions understand this more than the hindus that, their hindu brothers are being insulted to provide benefits to the minority faction of the society. The hindu religion has never advocated the boycott of other religons but has only taught its believers to live and let live. Also hinduism prescribes learning the better things in life wherever it is, even if it is practised by people of other faiths.
It is in the interest of the society at large that this kind of vote politics be nipped right away and the responsibility to do so lies with the beneficiaries of this pseudo secularism policy of the politicians at all levels irrespective of the political party they belong. India does not need a civil war for this but rather needs a meaningful dialogue and sensible thinking on the part of the minority faction of the society.
Think well and Act fast before its too late.
